For some reason this image continues to stir me. Taken on London’s busy Oxford Street, the young man in this shot might as well have been invisible as everyone around him appeared to be completely oblivious to his presence, his seeming internal turmoil…

Like so many other times, I would have loved to reach out, stop him and strike up a conversation and get a small insight into his world. But as quickly as he passed me, the moment passed…
